The signal-pulse mark — concentric red rings around a glowing core — is Trace-AI's primary logo. It reads as a signal, a trace, an active monitor. This page is the working brand kit: lockups, colors, clear space, minimum sizes, and the alternate marks we still have on file.
Use the mark alone for favicons, app icons, social avatars, loading states, and anywhere the brand is already established. For first-encounter contexts (homepage hero, business cards, cover slides) always use the full lockup.
These ran alongside the signal-pulse in the original logo exploration. We keep them on file as potential sub-marks for product-specific applications (e.g. the autonomous-ops product might use the crosshair, the compliance product the triangle). Not currently in active use.

The mark pulses on a single 1.4s cycle — a 1.0 → 1.35 → 1.22 → 1.0 cubic ease. It runs once per page load on the primary lockup, then settles. Don't loop it indefinitely; don't sync it to user input.
Hovers, page entrances, magnetic-button settle: 220ms on a cubic-bezier(.2,.7,.3,1) curve. Long enough to read, short enough to feel responsive. Anything slower reads as drag.
Every animation is gated by prefers-reduced-motion.
The shader backgrounds freeze on first frame; the hero
lines land instantly; the heartbeat holds at scale 1. The site
still looks complete — motion is decoration, never information.
